The Garni Gorge is located in Garni, a village in the Kotayk province of Armenia, which is famous for the 1st century AD pagan Garni Temple. The gorge is famous for its breathtaking view (which includes the temple) and for its portion called ‘the Symphony of Stones’ which refers to the basalt column walls formed by the Goght river.

Mountain climbers travel from the entire world to climb the Symphony of Stones.
